Abuse

Adult abuse involves individuals over 65, or anyone over 18 with a disability. Reportable types include: physical harm, failure to provide basic care, financial exploitation, verbal or emotional abuse, involuntary seclusion, wrongful restraint, unwanted sexual contact, abandonment by a caregiver, and self-neglect.
To make a report: Call 1-855-503-SAFE or contact your local ODHS office. Mandatory reporters are protected from civil and criminal liability. Your confidentiality is protected by state law.
